We had come to see a specific 2012 Toyota "Venza" and we were able to talk about it, see it and told of the features before we drove it. It was a great option and in just the configuration of color and features we wanted. Al Pierce was very knowledgeable about the car's history, handling and features and answered our many questions. He was very personable and made the process easy and enjoyable. We bought the very car we had come to see and the 'negotiations' were quick and 'painless'. The finance people were very busy and we had a wait, but every one was staying beyond the end of their day...on a Saturday...so we appreciated being able to complete this without having to come back. We had a cleaned car, all the paperwork, and guidance through lights, computer info, the radio, temperature controls, hands-free phone, Homelink, etc. for a comfortable and stress free ride home. We have bought 3 vehicles from Orland Toyota and every experience has been positive. Our most recent purchase was a 2009 Sienna XLE. For this purchase it was necessary for us to sell my father's 201 experience has been positive. Our most recent purchase was a 2009 Sienna XLE. For this purchase it was necessary for us to sell my father's 2012 Nissan. While discussing the possibility of purchasing the 2009 Sienna, I casually mentioned that we had been to Nissan the weekend before to see about selling them the vehicle and that the experience at Nissan had been quite negative. Mr. Davidson's sales manager, whose name I can't remember (sorry), immediately suggested he would come over and evaluate the Nissan for a possible sale to Toyota on his own time. He was on-time and very easy to work with. While that sale didn't happen, I was very impressed with Orland Toyota's professionalism and courtesy. We remain very satisfied Orland Toyota customers.
