John was with us from the beginning of the sale until the end. We walked in the dealership just "looking" at options. John spent time with us allowing us to explore options. After leaving the dealership and driving it was clear this was the best option. Having never owned a Toyota this was our first experience and it really was great from the sales end. The finance experience was rather long; however, we understood that individuals were not present making it difficult to process everyone. Having said that everyone we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and apologetic to the long wait to purchase the vehicle. This is the third Toyota we have purchased from Al. First was a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid followed by a 2010 Toyota Prius Hybrid and March 1, 2014 a 2014Toyota Highlander Hybrid. In addition we referred our daughter to Al and she purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The service during the sale was exception in all four cases. While I am sure there are other good sales personnel we would not go to anyone else than Al (almost a member of our family). The dealership service Department is exceptional as well. More

My wife and I have purchased/leased cars from Orland and Al many times before. Al has always done his best to satisfy our requirements and needs. We have and will continue to purchase/lease cars from Al and Orland. Al, is not only friendly, he ernestly is interested in what we want and how much we want to spend. He has continueously asked us questions on what we want and need and how we want to buy or lease. Our recent visit , he suggested a lease which would satisfy our payment amount, but also give us money back on our trade in (which we purchased from him). We are readying for retirement and he explained how this lease would actually work to our advantage and timeline better than an outright purchase. Al also was very thorough in explaining how everything would work and the New Toyota waranty would work great for us. The RAV4 was for my wife, Laura a Toyota diehard, Al although it was late and past closing explained and showed her al the new changes and how everything worked. I was seriously apprehensive about buy On March 1st of 2014 I visited Orland Toyota Scion to purchase a used car with my mother in law and wife. I was seriously apprehensive about buying a car at a dealership because of having been pushed into a car that I really didn't want in the past by other dealers. However after I arrived at the dealership I met Josh Tornabeni. My apprehension quickly left as we talked. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend and he went to work on it right away. He showed me and my family several cars that were in our price range and a couple that were a little higher than what we wanted t spend but he was never pushy. We finally after about 2 and 1/2 hours found a car we liked and although it was a little higher than what we wanted to spend we decided on a 2007 Toyota Camry. This is where Sue Jimenez came in to the picture she worked with us to get the payment down so that we could afford it. Through the entire process Josh never left our side until the deal was complete and he had answered all of our questions. While going through the financing part of buying the car Sue was very understanding and informative. Not only did Josh Get me in the car I wanted he has changed my mind about car dealerships and car salesman. I would recommend Orland Toyota Scion to anyone looking for a car be it new or used. The staff are professional and are not trying to just sell cars that want you to be comfortable doing it as well. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership and especially Josh Tornabeni. Josh went way above and beyond what I expected and when I am ready to get another car you can bet your last dollar I will go back to Orland Toyota Scion to see Josh to buy a car.
