I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Josh Tornabeni. I visited this dealership twice in the process of buying this car. On the first visit, I explained to Josh that I was not going to buy a car today, I just needed information and pricing. Even though he knew I wasn't going to buy the car on that day, he still gave me his undivided attention and carefully explained everything about the several vehicles I was considering and their cost. I never felt rushed or pressured and even though I asked many questions, Josh always took his time answering them thoroughly. And when I came back the second time, he still didn't pressure me or rush me. This was VERY important to me because I am a recent widow and this was the first time I was buying a car without my husband. I really feel that it was more important to Josh that I was satisfied and comfortable with my decision, than it was for him to make the sale. While this may not be important to a big company like Toyota, or even to the bottom line of the dealership, I assure his supportive attitude and patience is why I would recommend family and friends to see him when they are in the market for a car. Where do I began. I patronized Orland Toyota because I purchased a vehicle before. They wanted to run my credit to see if they could finance me through Toyota. They bragged on how they have one of the b purchased a vehicle before. They wanted to run my credit to see if they could finance me through Toyota. They bragged on how they have one of the best finance managers and she has good relationships with the bank so although my credit wasnt tier 1 they were sure they could get me a really great apr since I am a returning customer and I have purchased and paid off several cars in my past. Orland Toyota finance department took advantage of me THEY RAN MY CREDIT 12 TIMES AND BROUGHT MY CREDIT SCORE DOWN 24 POINTS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL HARD HITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service they played games with the price on the vehicles that I wanted. They never sat us down to a desk while negotiating and test driving. The salesman was extremely useless. He had no knowledge about the price, finance or anytning. We left after being there over 3.5 hours test driving and being snowballed with lies on prices and promises that never got fulfilled. They promised me that I would be financed and come back the next day to complete the paperwork. Not so! I had to call several times to check on the financing and the car. They gave me the run around and made me feel as if I wasnt good enough to purchase a car from them. They didnt communicate to me what was going on. In the background they ran my credit 3xs through toyota , 2x JPmorgan chase , and 7 other banks and financial institutions. I had to go back up there to test drive a different car and they were not willing to negotiate. They took advantage of my circumstances and tried to get whatever they could my trade-in plus down payment and even that wasnt enough they didnt negotiate on the price at all. Then they promised to call back the next day.....no call. Finally I went back to get my title and they didnt want to give it back without a reasonable explanation as to why I didnt want to purchase from them. I spoke with the sales manager and told him my experience at that dealership. He apologized and wanted to know if there still was something he could do to mantain my business, I replied no, and asked for my title back which by the way was in his possession. Do you know he still did not give it back. They told me that it was in the new car building I went over there, then they told m it was in the used car buildling, then they sent a salesman back to the new car builiding then back to the used car to give me my titile. TOYOTA ORLAND IS AN EXAMPLE OF A DEALERSHIP WHO DOES NOT PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. THEY HAVE A THEIR OWN AGENDA THAT IS TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY OFF OF YOU AS POSSIBLE WHILE FEEDING YOU THESE LAME SALES PITCHES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. MY RATING WOULD BE A -1. WHEN I SEEN THE WINDOW STICKER AND GOT STICKER SHOCK AT HOW MUCH GAS MILEAGE THIS 2013 TOYOTA PRIUS c GETS, I TRADE VALUE AND GETS GREAT GAS MILEAGE. WHEN I SEEN THE WINDOW STICKER AND GOT STICKER SHOCK AT HOW MUCH GAS MILEAGE THIS 2013 TOYOTA PRIUS c GETS, I TRADED IN MY 2012 FORD FIESTA, IT ONLY GOT 25 T0 35 MPG, I HAVE HAD THE TOYOTA PRIUS c FOR 30 DAYS NOW AND IT ONLY BURNS $21.00 BUCKS OF GAS A WEEK. I DRIVE 300 MILES A WEEK TO WORK HALF EXPRESSWAY HALF CITY AND IT GETS 50 MPG AVERAGE. IN CHICAGO CITY TRAFFIC IT GETS 53.5 MPG, WHEN I TO GO TO LOCAL GROCERY STORE IT ONLY RUNS ON BATTERY POWER FOR 3.8 MILES, I WILL SAVE OVER A $ 6,350.00 BUCKS IN FUEL COSTS OVER 5 YEARS. THIS CAR DRIVES REAL GOOD AND HAS A LOT OF ROOM INSIDE, IT IS A 5 DOOR HATCH BACK THE CARGO AREA IS HUGE GREAT FOR HAULING THE DOG AND CAGE TO THE PARKS. We visited the dealership multiple times to look at different vehicles before actually purchasing and she always took the time to answer all questions and meet with us when we came in. She also walked us through the whole financing process and updated us on what was going on and how long it would take, (it was nice not just to be left waiting and wondering).I would definitely work with her again and purchase another vehicle from her.
