My family purchased a vehicle from John at Orland Toyota and have always had great experiences. I wanted to trade in my car for basically the exact same car but a newer model. I only had one request - I w and have always had great experiences. I wanted to trade in my car for basically the exact same car but a newer model. I only had one request - I wanted my new car to have heated leather seats. I asked what the differences were between the 2013 model and the 2014 model and was told that the 2014 model didn't have 0% financing available so I proceeded to only consider the 2013. It took a LONG time to get the car priced out. When we finally had all of the prices (trade in value, new car price and payment details) I decided to call my financial adviser while sitting at the dealer to see if I should put any money down on the car. He asked if it was 0% financing which I replied "yes" (because that was the ONLY option we ever talked about) so he told me there is no advantage to putting anything down on the car. I signed the agreement for them to locate and purchase the car I want from another dealer and left. When I returned to sign the paperwork and pick up my car about a week later I was sat down with a really sleazy man that tried to up sell me on a ton of options (car protector, lo-jack, remote start). I was actually interested in remote start and since I was getting 0% financing it was a great idea. I made the appointment right there to return the following week to get the remote start installed and proceeded to the financing office. This is where it all went bad....I was told that there was no 0% financing option available. CRAZY - because again that was the ONLY option we ever discussed. I should have just walked away from the car and left but I really needed the new car because of issues with my previous vehicle. I ended up having to drop the remote start option and will probably purchase it at another time out-of-pocket. After finalizing everything (which I still regret), John walked me out to the garage to my new car to show me everything before I left. He said to me "sorry about the 0% financing but sometimes you hear what you want to hear"...I didn't say anything to this comment but it still 4 months later (yes, it's been 4 months because I was hoping my feelings would change) that comment doesn't sit well with me. I like my car but after all this time, I still wish that I walked away from the deal. A lesson for next time... More

There was no high pressure techniques applied to our experience that was primarily handled by Josh although Zayyad was an intial contact. Both sales persons spent more than enough time with us to fully explain our transaction. When I picked up our car they both walked me thru set up of the audio/nav system which I greatly appreciate. I never felt rushed in any phase of this sale. The finance and aftermarket people were very courteous also. On the whole we feel as though we purchased the exact car we wanted with the exact equipment we sought and were given ample time and discussion to come to a decision. More
