Surprisinlgy Disappointed I chose my first brand new car within a 1/2 an hour of being at Toyota. It took 5 hours to move a step further. Everyone was so nice when I was ther I chose my first brand new car within a 1/2 an hour of being at Toyota. It took 5 hours to move a step further. Everyone was so nice when I was there. I left and immediately my car had issues. My tires were all low, a dent on the door, my coolant light going off, no follow through for the extra remote start I bought to get an appt. I went straight to Hector via phone (GM) and he was quite lackadaisical about my concerns. He said basically to bring it in and we'll figure it out when we get a chance, but did not provide me with an appt. or a sense that it would get taken care of right away. I expressed how unprofessional that in the 5 hours I was waiting no technician was assigned to look over my car. He then had to run to a meeting, so he couldn't hear my concerns anymore. When I stated that I thought he was unprofessional to leave our conversation, he said & I quote, "It was a courtesy that I answered your call". He then became argumentative, in which he wanted to argue that he wasn't unprofessional. My family only buys Toyota (6+ in total), but I'm not sure if we were to do it again, we would come here or buy the brand at all for our next car. It's like everyone was so nice when they want to get your money, but once you are gone, it felt like no one would take responsibility for their actions or lack thereof. I had a higher expectation for my experience and just wanted someone to take the issues that occurred seriously and want to re-mediate them immediately, but it was the opposite reaction that occurred. I called and left a message for the owner and hope that at least someone will provide me with some respect to validate that for a brand new car off the show room floor, none of this should have occurred, including the rudeness that I experienced this morning on the phone. More
