Devin was bright spot in another generally Awful Unprofessional Autobutler experience. December booked an appointment, verified day b4 & Hour b4 the day of, drove 30 miles & then was told - No! Too Unprofessional Autobutler experience. December booked an appointment, verified day b4 & Hour b4 the day of, drove 30 miles & then was told - No! Too cold. No apologies, nothing. Tried 4x to get service mgr to call & reset appt. Blew Me Off Each time. It Took a call from Toyota Corporate Supervisor to Finally pressure service dept to respond yesterday. Still no call or apology from the manager - too scared or embarrassed I guess, but Devin, service rep, called & got it done. Fast. Thanx. You'd think they'd care more because I bought the RAV4 Hybrid From Them, & Paid Cash, but NOOOOOOOO! I will Never Go Back except to finish my Autobutler services. Warning - every time I went in for previous Autobutler appointments, they tried to bill me for other services that I didn't need or Were Still Covered Under My Warranty.
