I prefer places that offer what’s actually needed first, then inform me on which add-ons could benefit me as well. I didn’t feel pushed to get more than I needed, but when I asked for one service, I was offered the most expensive package, not just the service I requested. Also, while scheduling my appointment I was told someone would call me back with pricing for an additional service I needed, but I never heard from anyone or got any messages other than the one confirming my appointment the day before. More
