Just an oil change I came in just for an oil change. They were kind and accommodating to me and my 2 year old. They had a play place for my child that kept us entertaine I came in just for an oil change. They were kind and accommodating to me and my 2 year old. My experience The only negative I had with my experience in getting my car serviced was when I called to schedule an appointment. I was on hold for about 2 minutes The only negative I had with my experience in getting my car serviced was when I called to schedule an appointment. I was on hold for about 2 minutes and then was asked to leave a message and they would return my call. I left a message but after about an hour I did not receive a return call. I called again and got a person and scheduled my service. I had no problems at the dealership service department after that. I also realize that they have lots of calls to handle and I certainly understand. More
