They get your vehicle in and out as fast as possible with a very thorough inspection. I always feel safe when I leave. More

Easy and courteous I needed to make a service visit. It was so simple to go online and make the appointment. Then when I arrived my service consultant was there to che I needed to make a service visit. It was so simple to go online and make the appointment. Then when I arrived my service consultant was there to check me in and help me with my service. I was out the door and to my appointment in a few minutes. I returned and the car was waiting for me. Everything has been pretty...acceptable, not wowing We purchased our first car from BBT—a shiny new Toyota Corolla. We love the car. We did not love the sales experience (who ever does?) and in spite of We purchased our first car from BBT—a shiny new Toyota Corolla. We love the car. We did not love the sales experience (who ever does?) and in spite of our frustration with the constant upselling we just wrote it off as a life lesson. We won’t buy another car from BBT. We returned for the following three years for regular service visits and ended up replacing three tires...or was it four? We paid for at least two new tires because of screws and then at one point the tire we were replacing was under the year warranty. I think. We recently had to have our battery replaced after three years. I don’t know if that’s super standard, I think Google said 4 years is average...either way. We also paid for the Toyota Care Plus program after the original service plan expired (at 30,000 miles or something??). This program apparently doesn’t cover anything but maintenance checks and oil changes. So as you can tell we haven’t exactly had a “new car experience” where you assume you’ll drive off the lot and not deal with issues for years to come, but tires and batteries are exceptions to that I suppose... But I digress. Didn’t like the sales experience. The support experience has always been, in a word, acceptable. Didn’t ever feel really wowed by the customer service, never really felt valued, sometimes even felt the “upselling” again (with the Toyota Care Plus program). Every time we go in we don’t even bother trying to make an appointment anymore because there never seem to be openings on the schedule (maybe we are just blind because we definitely tried)! And then we go in and they tell us “oh well...if you don’t have an appointment we may not be able to get to it...” Then they do, so props to them. You’re probably wondering why we keep going back to the dealership...because we love our car, and we just assume the dealership will do best by her. And maybe preserve whatever potential warranty there may be left over? There’s one exception—let’s end on a positive note—one of our visits for a tire issue I just loved the service. That was the manager (wish I knew his name). It was everything I’d want in customer service (feel valued, feel like they WANT you to have a good experience, honest and helpful feedback about the problem). Five stars for him. More

Will definitely come back if he is working! I appreciate his updates and efforts to take care of my vehicle as well as respect my time and my wishes. He treated me like a member of his own family. Also the mechanics who helped on my car were very quick to answer any questions as well - very helpful all around! More
