Tire Blowout On Freeway. Unscheduled tire service. My left rear Yokohama tire had road damage six months after being installed. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance to get my tire removed and replaced My left rear Yokohama tire had road damage six months after being installed. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance to get my tire removed and replaced with the spare "donut," then drove to the Brent Brown Dealership without an appointment. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get serviced that day. I went to my "Go-to-guy," Moe Afu, in the Service Department. Moe said he had several customers waiting to check in, but, if I didn't mind waiting, he would squeeze me in. In the meantime, another team member, Mike Black, came over and verified the damage and the tire information. Moe was able to squeeze me into the maintenance schedule, and he and Mike were able to get the paperwork and approvals for the tire warranty so that my tire was replaced without charge. Thanks Moe and Mike and the great team behind the scenes you work with at Brent Brown Toyota. More

Great service, above and beyond Zack Smith was very helpful for my 35,000 mile service. I asked if they did emissions and he took care of that for me.
