Quick and personal service I went for my biannual maintenance service and the lady assigned to me wasn't there but the one guy who was there took care of me immediately and had I went for my biannual maintenance service and the lady assigned to me wasn't there but the one guy who was there took care of me immediately and had a great attitude about it. He installed my windshield wiper inserts himself after the service. The finance department was able to answer an ad hoc question about my warranty coverage even though I didn't have an appointment. Service Center was great I arrived on a very busy Saturday morning and I was short on time. I was greeted promptly and asked for my service manager then waited nearly 15 minu I arrived on a very busy Saturday morning and I was short on time. I was greeted promptly and asked for my service manager then waited nearly 15 minutes before a different manager, Mike Black, was assigned to me. Wow was he knowledgeable and helpful. I did not inform him that I was short of time but he apologized for my wait saying my manager was ill. Then he scheduled the work and estimated a time. Everything was completed as he said and I was on my way. This is a awesome team to work with. More
