Follow up of previous report I appreciated the rental car, but the dealership never told Enterprise Car Rental that I had turned the car in the same day I got it. So I got a bill from Enterprise saying I had had the car for two days. I called Enterpirse and learned they had charged me for the extra day because they thought I had kept the car for an extra day. They said that the car dealership often does not tell them that cars have been returned on time to the dealership. More

Quick and Easy Recall and Service I took my car in for a recall, along with an oil change and tire rotation. They performed the recall repairs as well as the service, and I really appreciated the full inspection on the rest of the vehicle while it was there. Skyler was very nice and I have no complaints. Great service. Jennifer was great to keep me in the loop and let me know as soon as it was done. Had a recall that needed done They got me in quickly and completed the work before the time they had mentioned when I had set up the appointment. Great for recalls I took my car in to get a recall fixed and they were prompt and helpful. They even diagnosed my vehicle for other repairs. However, they quoted me $1850 for repairs that ultimately only cost me $280 at another auto shop. More

Went the extra mile !!! I only have positive things to say about my recent visit. I have an older vehicle that needed a 100,000-mile service. in going through the vehicle the I only have positive things to say about my recent visit. I have an older vehicle that needed a 100,000-mile service. in going through the vehicle the technicians brought to my attention a repair that I had repaired 3 months ago,( at a different shop) that was not done correctly. they were able to provide pictures and spoke with the other shop and in the end, the other party paid for the repair!! Jennifer Clark was my service rep and she was a fabulous person to work with!! not sure if you can request a rep to work with but my advice is to try when you make an appointment!! you will thank me I'm sure!! More
