I dropped off my vehicle for a recall fuel pump replacement and had recently been in Alabama where they had quoted a 2 1/2 hour job length. Not having that time available on the road, I waited until returning home and was informed the job would be 4 1/2 hours. I had planned on waiting for the vehicle and then had to scramble for a ride. When the vehicle was finished it turned out to be 2 1/2 hours. As I left the dealership, I realized I had a warning light on and discovered the hood was not latched. The service department at Brent Brown needs to improve their quality of work. More
Always questionable service every time my truck is serviced there are always problems. The service before this one, they did not insert my oil dipstick fully. Fortunately I am al every time my truck is serviced there are always problems. The service before this one, they did not insert my oil dipstick fully. Fortunately I am always suspicious so I popped my hood when i got home and checked to see if everything looked fine - noticed the dipstick and shoved it in correctly. This time there are three issues but I haven't had time to get my truck back in for follow up: oil is leaking on my driveway; the air conditioner makes a loud noise when I turn it on; and my clock won't keep time accurately - none of these issues were present prior to this recent service. There have been other issues in the past but I don't remember them specifically so I can't rehash those here at this time. If it weren't for my "wheels for life" deal and requirement to have my truck serviced by BB I would have my service done in Salt Lake county where it is much closer to my home. I pay a ton of money to keep my truck running properly and I don't drive it much (only 93K miles in 13+ years) so it is extremely disappointing when BB doesn't have the same concern or care for my vehicle - I even bought this truck from BB. More
Terrible service I've been trying to contact someone. I don't even know if the service was done. They guy that was in charge handed me a piece of paper (While he was in the middle of a conversation with someone else), and I asked, "Don't I need to sign something?". He said, "Nope". The paper just said, "synthetic". I assumed this meant I had an oil change. I have no idea. I didn't sign anything and he didn't go over anything about my car. So impersonal. It took over an hour. But, what took over an hour? Did they do the work that was supposed to be done? I have no idea. He calls my name to tell me my car is done, but is sitting there talking to someone else, doesn't say excuse me to them or anything, just hands me the keys and tells me where my car is. I was really ticked. I usually don't have any problems. I wasn't happy with that gentleman at all. He's never helped me before, and I hope he never does again. More

I wish you would take the Covid 19 seriously.. I am a high risk and have had to bring my car in twice in the last month.. On the bad note.. we have 4 Toyota’s ever time we bring one in for service it seems that there is a whole new staff in there.. makes me wonder why you can’t keep happy your employees More
Poor communication, failed resolution, burden of many visits I purchased my 4Runner in Dec 2016 from Brent Brown Toyota. I have yet to have a positive experience with their service. For the ~45K miles I now have I purchased my 4Runner in Dec 2016 from Brent Brown Toyota. I have yet to have a positive experience with their service. For the ~45K miles I now have on my 4Runner they still have not fixed a wobble in the steering wheel (50-55 mph) that has been there since the very beginning. My experience has been terrible. I keep hoping it will change as the ONLY reason I bought my vehicle from them versus a different Toyota dealer was because of several friends or family who had raved about the service experience they had received. I have had a completely different experience across many service appointments. More
