Always ahead of the projected time it would take to complete. Usually the time takes only about half of what is projected. I would have been really angry if I was forced to schedule another appointment. But Skyler took the reigns and told me to bring it in with no appointment. I Scheduled an oil change and waited for an hour before I asked why my truck still hadn't been taken back. They then ran back to check and got it in only to take another 40 min to get it done. It would take more than 25 words to tell of my experience. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and when it was 3 hours later the service guy said and I quote “well this is a Toyota dealershi experience. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and when it was 3 hours later the service guy said and I quote “well this is a Toyota dealership not a Buick dealership” I would like the remainder of my service contract reimbursed to me as I won’t be coming back to your dealership for anything. You have my address. And also they said they fixed the seat belt buckle and it is not working. More
