I an very satisfied with this dealership otherwise I wouldn't leave my home at 5:00 a.m. in order to drive 3 hours to arrive for my appointment! I bought my truck there 13 years ago, and no one else h wouldn't leave my home at 5:00 a.m. in order to drive 3 hours to arrive for my appointment! I found that I had failed to take my cellphone (contact phone) with me, so I couldn't be contacted that way; and I failed to hear the announcement that my car was ready--because I chose to sit outside to wait. Moe did a great job with explaining what was going on. He projected a time of 1 hr 15 minutes and it took 2 hours. This is okay but is why I gave the 4 rating rather than 5. While we were waiting Steven Smith talked to us about new Highlanders. He took us out and showed us several and then took us inside and showed us one in the showroom and explained all the new safety features. He did a really good job explaining them and giving real life examples how they would benefit in driving. More

Service was great. Had a small tear in my driver's seat from a seam popping open and it was covered under warranty. The repair was fast and looks perfect. Moe was friendly and very easy to work with.
