Disappointed with the cost of service and the length of time to complete the work. Cost of the service provided at my last dealership was 1/2 the cost of the work done here. The first time I came in for maintenance, they scratched my car and refused to take responsibility for it. This time, at the 2 year mark for my lease I come in again for maintenance and get the all clear, t my car and refused to take responsibility for it. This time, at the 2 year mark for my lease I come in again for maintenance and get the all clear, telling me my car is in perfect shape and didnt need anything at all. Curious, I thought, considering I knew for a fact that my windshield wiper had come off the track. So I asked if they had checked it, they said yes. Went over to my car to show them and a 2 second glance told them it was very clearly broken. They fixed it on the spot, but given that that was the one thing I knew for sure needed attention, who the xxxx knows what else they signed off on but didnt actually check? Especially considering they had my car for an hour and a half but only logged .6 hours of service on it. More
