I drove down from Clinton, UT to look at a Toyota Tundra I saw on the dealership website. I brought my Toyota Tacoma which I was going to trade in as long as I found the right truck. I got there and met the I saw on the dealership website. I brought my Toyota Tacoma which I was going to trade in as long as I found the right truck. I got there and met the salesman I had talked to on the phone. First thing I noticed was the dealership was amazing looking inside. Anyway the salesman grabbed the keys and told me to take as long as I wanted to go test drive the Tundra while they looked at my Tacoma. The Tundra was awesome. I came back and got very close to what I was hoping for on my truck. We had no problems coming to a price agreement on the Tundra. Went over extra preventative maintenance and warranty items, got financed, signed the papers and had a new 2013 Toyota Tundra. I did not feel any pressure from anybody in there and this whole process was very stress free. One huge relief I have is that the truck has a lift and new tires and wheels which were all put on by the dealership. This truck is also a "Toyota Certified Used" truck. My Tacoma was also "Toyota Certified Used". My Tacoma was a 2007 and I traded it in here in 2014. I can say I never had one problem with it at all, but it is such a relief knowing you have a "Toyota Certified Used" vehicle. I am a very happy customer. More

Brynr, a new salesman, did a very personable job demonstrating the new 4Runner. He was the reason I decided to trade in my well-maintained, great condition 2008 4Runner Limited for an even better 2 demonstrating the new 4Runner. He was the reason I decided to trade in my well-maintained, great condition 2008 4Runner Limited for an even better 2014 4Runner Limited. He was ably assisted in sales by Ken Hendricks, finance by Brian Boyd and accessories by Rory Calhoun Hayward. My 2008 4Runner has received excellent service each time at Brent Brown. They even recently corrected 2 driver errors without charging: dash lights not working because rheostat had been bumped; rear wiper at Brent Brown.
