I asked Brock to confirm that the seats were both heated and cooled. He said yes but they are only heated. The finance guy pressured me into a maintenance agreement that I didn't want and it has been driv and cooled. He said yes but they are only heated. The finance guy pressured me into a maintenance agreement that I didn't want and it has been driving me nuts every since. When I was younger and able to think more clearly I never would have got it. I didn't get it with the 2016 Tundra that I bought there. My biggest reason for not wanting it is that it made me lay out more money than I had planned being on a fixed income. More
