Confusing process, unorganized departure The garage to drop off / pick up the car is busy and chaotic. If I hadn't remembered who I dropped it off with (which I often don't) I wouldn't have The garage to drop off / pick up the car is busy and chaotic. If I hadn't remembered who I dropped it off with (which I often don't) I wouldn't have known where to go. When picking up the car I was initially handed the wrong set of keys. When I pointed that out I was told that it must not be ready yet, even though I was called and told that it was. After ten minutes of sitting in the waiting room, I wandered the lot and found my car ready and waiting there the whole time. I pointed this out to the service agent and after five minutes of rummaging around and blaming his assistant he eventually found my keys and paperwork. It all got done and I'm grateful, and now I know a little more what to expect, but for a first-time visitor their garage is a confusing and unorganized experience. More
