Emergency Alternator replacement. Best Toyota dealership that I have been to. Wisconsin,Florida,Alabama, Nevada, Ca, all have great service centers. But Bret Brown tops them all. I broke down traveling from Nv to Wisconsin and these people bent over backwards to get a new alternator in and my four grand children and my wife back on the road. The service Rep (Morgan) was compassionate, focused and proud to be part of their service team. The building was clean, the showroom spotless. Just ok So after having a Camry and Highlander and having services for about four years there it started out great but has gotten worse as we go. Used to be g So after having a Camry and Highlander and having services for about four years there it started out great but has gotten worse as we go. Used to be great!! Now just so so. Every time there’s an issue or concern it can never be handled without a “manager” looking at it or return trip. Problem is managers never seem to be there the days I am! And a return trip is more than 100 miles one way. So it’s becoming a big inconvenience. I love Toyota but am starting to veer to other manufactures as distance and convenience are taking precedence. I was just there on Saturday and had a “concern” on a warranty item. Ironically no managers were there, so the gentleman did a great job at explaining to me it needs to be looked at by someone else and I’d need to return. Told him that wasn’t easy for me and could we take some pictures of the problem and see if we could address it and then I could schedule a return trip to fix the problem not just look at it again?? He did take some pics and we will see if they call me or if I’ll need to call them. More

When I arrived to pick up my car he pulled my car in the drive so I could load my car seats and I was done. More
