Morgan went that extra mile to make things right. Morgan was great! He got me in and out quickly and made sure the service team did everything I asked for fixed. As I Always Expect of Brent Brown Toyota I had an appointment for an oil change, etc. and added a request to have my snow tires changed out and the regular tires put on. Joel was right there to help me when I showed up and treated me fairly (since a tire rotation was included) by deducting part of the tire change charge--which involved more than a mere tire rotation would have.
