We just went in to look around, was not planning on purchasing yet. We were not attacked by any of the salesman in any way, nor were we pressured in anyway to purchase a vehicle. Everyone there was extremely nice and willing to go through different options on what I was looking for. I definitely recommend taking the drive down to Brent Brown if it's a Toyota your looking for. My last three purchases I recently bought a 2019 Sienna for my daughter’s family. The salesman, Dave Smith was the the most comfortable I’ve experienced in the past five vehi I recently bought a 2019 Sienna for my daughter’s family. The salesman, Dave Smith was the the most comfortable I’ve experienced in the past five vehicles I bought from this agency. I liked the product so well, I traded my 2016 Tacoma for another 2019 Sienna for myself. I had that all-wheel drive Sienna about a month. While on a long road trip and unfortunate drive/flat tire replaced, when I got home I traded that vehicle for two wheel drive. That again was a smooth and satisfactory conclusion. All three of these vehicles were sold to me by Dave Smith. He was the consummate sales representative listening to help me buy the best product for me. Each purchase, I believe, was fair for both parties. Others that in my opinion that were exceptional with helping me feel I was important to the Brent Brown label includes Sheldon Williams and Kerry Jones who meticulously helped with the extra added features we wanted. A young man, Max Vegas is a genius with the electronics, phone and radio set ups. He certainly was certainly knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Each of those mentioned have become MBFF. In all, these last three buying experiences were pleasurable. Buying a new car has always been my least favorite thing to do. I conclude by honestly saying those who waited and provided me service will cause me to recommend those who took their time to be nice people guided by good managers. More

Neglected to tell me my wheel alignment failed Zeke was pleasant enough. After waiting for a bit (had an appointment), they got the truck in for the 25K mile check up. Didn't take long. But when I got in the truck the wheel alignment inspection paper had been left and the front wheels failed the inspection. It wasn't off a lot, but it did fail the test. That was never mentioned when I checked out. But it's something that I need to know because it will affect how my tires wear. Why was I not told when I asked if everything checked out ok? Seems like that would have been a good time to mention a failed wheel alignment. And no where on the service invoice was it mentioned that the wheel alignment was out of whack. Maybe there's a disconnect between the service folks who do the work and the folks working the counter. There was definitely a failure in communicating the issue (albeit minor) to the customer. Hopefully you will take this review and use it to make improvements in communications. At this point, not totally thrilled with any of the local Toyota dealer service centers. More

My wife and I really like Toyotas but Brent Brown Toyota is currently the only Toyota dealership in Utah County. Our most recent experience was typical of other times we have purchased vehicles at this dealership. Sales people were pleasant and helpful. There was no negotiating on the vehicle price. When we finalized the offer, one again we waited, and waited, and waited for a financial person to be available. The dealership does have comfortable sitting areas and clean restrooms. However, the excessive wait time for the third time in a row and there lack of negotiations is the reason i have given this dealership only 3-stars. If it hadn't been for the friendliness of the sales staff it would have been only 2-stars. More
