The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my tire pressure warning came on a few days later and I had to fill up a tire that always seems to have a slow leak. When I mentioned this slow leak or possible damaged tire sensor, the folks at Brent Brown said they checked it out and didn't find anything. However, every 1-2 months I still have to add air to the same tire. This has been an ongoing problem with these tires since I bought the truck. Will try taking it to my local tire shop and see if they can find the issue. More

I found the sales process as advertised with a set price, I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 (hybrid) at this dealership through the Costco Vehicle Program. I found the sales process as advertised with a set price, no pressure and no negotiation required". Previously I visited another Costco dealership in the Salt Lake Valley, but found the sales person lacking in knowledge about the hybrid. I was told that the Rav 4 hybrid was not included in the Costco program as it was such a hot seller. Later the sales person provided me with a Costco price, but by that time I had already decided this was not the dealership for me. Brent Brown's sales associate Sean Taylor was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and when he did not have an immediate answer, researched and found the answer without making up something up. Anyone going to this dealership would be well served to ask for this person. My vehicle is still 4 plus weeks from delivery, but I have no complaints, only kudos. More
