Didn't get the car Signed contract for car to be brought in from other dealer. Never heard back. Had to make many calls and no information available for 2 days. Then Signed contract for car to be brought in from other dealer. Never heard back. Had to make many calls and no information available for 2 days. Then told car we had on contract had been sold. Something was said about getting another car for us, but no follow through and our calls not returned. We will seek our new Toyota elsewhere. More

Mostly good. I didn’t feel that the young lady that was trying to help us was very knowledgeable. I also am not sure if they check oil and fluids. I love how friendly and personable Jen was. I was notified by a customer service representative, on my 2015 Toyota Corolla that there was a recall on the software. I arrived and did not have t I was notified by a customer service representative, on my 2015 Toyota Corolla that there was a recall on the software. I arrived and did not have to wait all, Jen came right up and got the information on what i needed to have done. She was NOT PUSHY at all and was super friendly and outgoing, which put me at ease and she understood exactly what i needed done. My car is due for its 60,000 mile check up and I am not gonna lie its expensive but i know that my car needs it. Jen was not at all pushing the service down my throat and was still nice after I had to decline. I would refer anybody to Brent Brown Toyota More
