The problem comes when you go sit in the offices of the Customer Relation Manager for the never ending sales pitch for the undercoat, under body rustproofing, window tint and extended warranty. Next you go sit with the finance guy for another round of extended warranties and other stuff. Finally they wore my nerves thin and provoked a NO and can I just buy the car or not. I get the feeling that they are not making enough on the sale, therefore they feel compelled to bombard you with extras based on how expensive everything is to repair and your new car is going to nickel and dime you to death once the factory warranty is out. Unfortunately this is my second experience with this dealership. The first was 18 months or so ago when I helped my mother-in-law buy a used Camry from these people. Same barrage of add-ons and extended warranty offers that seemingly wont end. I am 56 years old and have bought lots of cars from lots of places. I think for my next Toyota I will look elsewhere. A little disappointed It was known that I was coming in for the airbag recall replacement, but the parts for my car were never ordered. I had to go there, leave my car for a few hours, only to be told that nothing could be done, as the parts were never ordered for my VIN. I had made the appointment a few days in advance. So I was carless for no reason. Everyone there was very nice and customer service-minded, though. More

Didn't get the car Signed contract for car to be brought in from other dealer. Never heard back. Had to make many calls and no information available for 2 days. Then Signed contract for car to be brought in from other dealer. Never heard back. Had to make many calls and no information available for 2 days. Then told car we had on contract had been sold. Something was said about getting another car for us, but no follow through and our calls not returned. We will seek our new Toyota elsewhere. More
