El Unicorn My brother was wanting to go in to look at some Tacomas, with one in particular that he was interested in. Brent Brown Toyota had a lot of options, both new and pre-owned. The car lot was very organized and easy to look around. We found a different one that had so much more than what he was even looking for that it ended up being called a Unicorn being that it was 7 years old with 45K miles on it. Max was super patient and friendly with us both. All of the other sales consultants were welcoming and would stop and say hi and talked with my brother, making him feel comfortable with his first car buying experience. Max was very knowledgeable and explained things simply. Overall, it was just a great experience and I recommend anyone to go and see Max Veas! The only thing that I would change is I should have been on half the deal since I rode with my brother to the dealership and sat with him throughout the whole process. More

Bad break advise I came in for my regular service and afterwards was told I needed new brakes right away 1/32 left. I didn’t have time for the service so I went to ano I came in for my regular service and afterwards was told I needed new brakes right away 1/32 left. I didn’t have time for the service so I went to another place that does brakes. They looked at the brake pads and there was plenty of pad left. I’m not happy that a service was recommended when it was not yet needed. I probably will take my business elsewhere. My trust in Brent Brown service is gone. More

Not impressive. temp was over 90, I had dropped my wife off at IHOP, I walked over to eat lunch with her, she had been waiting 25 min by then. I called the dealership after our lunch and requested a quick pick up as IHOP is very close by, but it was very hot and didn't want her to have to walk to the dealership in the heat. We are mid 70's. As nobady could take 3 minutes to come and get us we walked, took us 30 min. I was offered a comp slip for a free car wash, when I asked if my car had been washed... I declined. 3 for 3 as I see it. don't think I'll buy from this dealership again. More

Great customer service I took my Highlander in for a check engine light. They discovered that my gas cap wasn't on tight and that caused the check engine warning. Their service and fairness is what really earned that 4th star. While I did not appreciate the overall lack of transparency and being patronized by the finance department, I very much appreciate the way Ismael really stuck with me to help me find what I wanted and negotiate what I felt was a fair price for both of us. Definitely do your homework going in and be prepared to work for it, but Ismael will treat you right and you'll find a great selection of cars. You can't go wrong with a Toyota. More

Picked up my new car! My Sales Representative Dallas and the Finance Manager Nate were wonderful and very helpful throughout the sales process. I live in St George, UT but got my best deal at Brent Brown. I even checked with my local dealership and they could not match the Brent Brown deal. So I took a shuttle (four hours!) to pick up the car and drive back home. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for making this happen for me! More
