We quickly set an appointment for the next week. A day before the meeting we got another text from Kendra letting us know of our appointment. I appreciated this. We met with Todd Robinson and he ran through all of our options. We had been thinking of turning our RAV4 in for a Highlander and Todd was very patient with us and helped us select a magnificent car. We were crunched for time, and realizing this, Todd quickly had us in our new car and on the road. I later came back and Todd spent a significant amount of time helping me understand all of the many features of the car. All in all I was very happy with how it all worked out. For the financial part of the appointment, Sheldon Williams helped was also very thorough and upfront with us. He didn't try to push us into anything and we felt very comfortable working with him. More
