I haven’t been impressed at all, we purchased a few extra accessories to go on it after purchase, and was supposed to get it all done the next day. Only one of those things got done the day after, told us to bring it back in a couple days to finish it up, but still did not get done on that visit back. Told us to bring it back again a few days later and that they would have it done by 2pm... well here it is almost 5pm and still haven’t heard if they have it finished. Very frustrating that we pay for all these accessories upfront and then they push us around trying to get what we have paid for done. More

Toyota Experts I'm a first time customer. I went in because I wanted to get my tires rotated. The team was professional and did good work, even going so far as to ad I'm a first time customer. I went in because I wanted to get my tires rotated. The team was professional and did good work, even going so far as to adding a free oil change that I didn't request and instructing me on different specifics to be aware of when the time came to get new tires. I only give a four star review because the team did not provide recommendations on vehicle work that I should keep in mind for the near future. They have a better understanding of how the vehicle should perform and it would have been helpful to have an update on those work items, especially for a vehicle like mine that is 22 years old. Overall, very pleased with the service I received however. More

When we took our car in we were told that it did not include any of those services. We have been making a monthly payment for a service that wasn't even included when we were told it was. More

Excellent Customer Services The process from making the appointment to receiving service was so easy. I scheduled the appointment for 5:30 pm but ended up arriving 35-40 minutes The process from making the appointment to receiving service was so easy. I scheduled the appointment for 5:30 pm but ended up arriving 35-40 minutes early because my prior appointment ended earlier and it was just easier to head to the dealership than go anywhere else in between. I fully expected to wait until 5:30 for the appointment to start, but Mo went out of his way to get my car in sooner, and so I was finished an hour earlier than I expected, which was a really nice surprise. The waiting area is comfortable with chairs, tables, water, and popcorn, and the dealership offers free WiFi so I was able to continue working during the appointment. Thanks for making this so easy, Mo and Brent Brown! We have been impressed with everything so far. More
