Drew did a good job for us. We had been to another dealership in the valley the day before and were able to compare the two. I would say the customer service at the other dealership was a little more friendly than here. The other dealership was very supportive even when we did not purchase a car from them. Maybe I'm a little sensitive, but when I was asked about what car I was replacing I said a 99 Dodge Durango and was answered with a little bit of attitude "how did that work out for you?". I also have a 93 Dodge Dakota and a 2001 Dodge RAM that have been wonderful cars and are still going strong. My wife loves her 99 Durango but I told her it was time for a new car. This is our first Toyota and are still waiting for it to be delivered. We are excited to have this new car and have great expectations in the brand and this dealership. More

Almost perfect I had a good experience with Dallas. The pricing they gave me was a good price do what I wanted and was very competitive. There was pressure to buy that day but that’s just sales so I don’t hold it against them. My only issue was when I went to pick up the vehicle. Kerry told me it would be done by Thursday. I was out of town so I came in the morning on Monday to pick it up. I was missing a few things when I picked it up. The truck wasn’t detailed and it had an empty tank of gas. I didn’t have temp tags, temp registration, or my spare key plus owner manuals. It was disappointing having to fill it up as my first experience with the Truck. I returned Monday night and got everything I needed plus a gas voucher so everything was made right. It was an overall great experience and I plan on buying another vehicle from them soon. More
