Typical dealership experience Even less personal than past experiences. The only time any one called me was to schedule another service. I had to ask if my car was done, it was. I went to the service bay and stood there for a while waiting for someone to check me out and no one talked to me despite a lot of employees standing around not doing anything. I finally talked to someone and it didn’t seem like anyone had any clue how to complete the check out process. I asked for the print out of my alignment and they had lost it so I had to go back through to get it done again. They were so disorganized that I literally question whether anyone really bothered to change my oil. I can’t wait to get my last free oil change so I can go back to my regular service shop again.
