A one star is Tooo much! My daughter and son in law who just got married- who are in college, purchased their very first car from here 2 weeks ago- they paid around $7,500 for My daughter and son in law who just got married- who are in college, purchased their very first car from here 2 weeks ago- they paid around $7,500 for a Toyota Prius. They haven’t even paid their first month payment yet on this car and The engine blew just 2 weeks after purchasing this car through this dealership. The car was BONE dry of any oil and the engine is toast- We have never in our life been treated like this. Brent Brown Toyota takes zero responsibility in the cars they sell. Stay AWAY! My daughter now has to pay a car payment for 4 years and she only got to drive the car for 2 weeks... Where is the integrity and honor in the cars you sell Brent Brown Toyota and the customer service. You should make this right with this young couple buying their VERY first car. More

Service Your lazy oil tech didn’t bother to wipe up any of the oil that was drained from my 4Runner, so now I have a nice oil stain on the floor of my garage. We live outside the Wasatch Front (in St. George), and visited the dealership during a visit to handle other business. When we arrived, it was determined that the vehicles we had viewed on line had all been sold. Bob went the extra mile to find a vehicle that was to be sent to Denver, worked a trade for a 2020 Camry that was on the lot, and then obtained the last 2019 Camry available. He also made sure we were given the same discounted price that had been agreed to for another vehicle that had been sold. Our entire experience was excellent, and we would refer anyone looking for a Toyota to your dealership. More
Slow start turns into above and beyond I drove my Highlander into the service area for routine service. The lot personnel had greeted me, asked my name, and checked me in. They moved my vehicle up a couple of notches toward the front of the line but no one had come forward to ask me what I was in for until Mike saw me standing there, looking lost I suppose, He asked if I'd been served yet and was appalled that no one had come forward. He jumped in quickly, found out what I needed done, and directed me to the comfortable waiting area (complete with free popcorn and bottled water) and initiated service on my vehicle. I had mentioned a slow leak on one of my tires and during the rotation process they checked for a leak, tightened the valve core and fixed the leak.. The tire rotation was part of the new car purchase agreement, but the slow leak research and repair was unexpected and free of charge. Thanks Mike and service department. More
