Always questionable service every time my truck is serviced there are always problems. The service before this one, they did not insert my oil dipstick fully. Fortunately I am always suspicious so I popped my hood when i got home and checked to see if everything looked fine - noticed the dipstick and shoved it in correctly. This time there are three issues but I haven't had time to get my truck back in for follow up: oil is leaking on my driveway; the air conditioner makes a loud noise when I turn it on; and my clock won't keep time accurately - none of these issues were present prior to this recent service. There have been other issues in the past but I don't remember them specifically so I can't rehash those here at this time. If it weren't for my "wheels for life" deal and requirement to have my truck serviced by BB I would have my service done in Salt Lake county where it is much closer to my home. I pay a ton of money to keep my truck running properly and I don't drive it much (only 93K miles in 13+ years) so it is extremely disappointing when BB doesn't have the same concern or care for my vehicle - I even bought this truck from BB. More

Terrible service I've been trying to contact someone. I don't even know if the service was done. I don't know how my tires are doing, I don't know how anything on the I've been trying to contact someone. I don't even know if the service was done. They guy that was in charge handed me a piece of paper (While he was in the middle of a conversation with someone else), and I asked, "Don't I need to sign something?". He said, "Nope". The paper just said, "synthetic". I assumed this meant I had an oil change. I have no idea. I didn't sign anything and he didn't go over anything about my car. So impersonal. It took over an hour. But, what took over an hour? Did they do the work that was supposed to be done? I have no idea. He calls my name to tell me my car is done, but is sitting there talking to someone else, doesn't say excuse me to them or anything, just hands me the keys and tells me where my car is. I was really ticked. I usually don't have any problems. I wasn't happy with that gentleman at all. He's never helped me before, and I hope he never does again. More

We are an older couple and had not purchased a vehicle in a long time. We were shopping around to find the perfect vehicle which would fall within our budget. We received a personal referral to Brock Wallace, who sat down and had a very nice discussion with us - it was obvious that he wanted understand our needs and help us chose that right vehicle. We did not buy that day, but after quite a bit of shopping around, we decided to buy a Toyota 4 runner and returned to Brock and Brent Brown to make our final purchase. Brock is honest, open and did not pressure us. He was patient and very pleasant to work with, made us a great deal, and we recommend him highly for your next vehicle purchase! More
