They said they would lubricate these but didn't and it wasn't on the work order when I picked it up. 4) rock chip- wasn't fixed and no communication on this. It wasn't on the work order either when I picked it up. Both #3/4 I spoke with the technician about when I dropped off. This has happened before where work isn't done that I've asked about having completed when I drop off. Not sure why this is a recurring problem. It's a huge hassle to have to drop the car off again to have things done that should have been done when it was there. Big highlight, however, is the shuttle service. The drivers have always been super friendly and accomodating. More

I scheduled an appointment before hand and it still took them 2 hours to finish my oil change. No one came to talk to us until 1.5 hours in to waiting. It was nice of them to give a little discount but it s them 2 hours to finish my oil change. No one came to talk to us until 1.5 hours in to waiting. This time, This is a sales and service story. I'm a 28-year customer of Brent Brown Toyota and have always gotten 5-star sales and service from them. This time, however, having just bought a used 2008 Tacoma from them 2 months before, I came in with a severe oil leak--it was a rust-corroded oilpan that took $1242 to replace. I think the dealer should have noticed that in the pre-sale certified inspection, but they don't agree. Anyway, I believe that the oilpan was replaced competently, and Moe Afu is always great to work with. But as I drove away, I noticed the oil light was still on, but figured they just forgot to switch the alert off. I checked the oil in the morning, however, and found that there was no oil in the engine. The engine isn't leaking, but they forgot to replace the oil. I drove home with a dry engine! The whole experience has left me pretty steamed. Oh, and when I drove the newo (to me) truck away 2 months ago--1 gallon of gas in the tank. What's happened to Brent Brown Toyota! More
