I'm very happy with the service I received this past week. Dan took great care of me and my car. However, I'm unhappy with the Certified Used program. I bought my Certified Used 2017 Camry from Brent week. Dan took great care of me and my car. However, I'm unhappy with the Certified Used program. I bought my Certified Used 2017 Camry from Brent Brown Toyota in mid-December. The first time it wouldn't start (through multiple attempts) was within two weeks of purchasing it. I thought maybe I simply didn't know how to start it correctly (my first hybrid), but when the problem started happening more and more frequently, I had to find a time when I could leave my car for a full day. (I took my car in for basic maintenance in the interim, but didn't have time to leave it all day for diagnostics until mid-February.) Ultimately, I had to pay $199 for a new battery (with taxes) out of my own pocket. I'm displeased with the "Certified Used" rating: if the 100+ point check can't identify a weak battery and car trouble starts the fifth time I try to drive it, then "Certified" doesn't mean much. Rylee went above and beyond to help me with my purchase! I did her job for a year and it can be a very stressful and draining job but that didn’t stop her!
