Did the right thing, but the service time is horrible I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When dropping off my car for my appointment, I was told it would take 1 hour 20 minutes to com I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When dropping off my car for my appointment, I was told it would take 1 hour 20 minutes to complete for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. I really do not understand why they are historically so slow and why they even have appointments. It does not expedite anything. They ended up not charging me one of my pre-paid services for this, which they did not have to do, and was appreciated but I really do not understand why they are so slow for such a simple service. More

The dealer and the staff was friendly the only problem we had is with Toyota. We brought our truck in for a recall and was not able to get a rental car or loaner that was hard to believe we are 3 hours from had is with Toyota. Brent Brown did get us a discount on a rental. Still unbelievable you buy a new truck and can't even get a car when a manufacturer defect is being corrected. More

Accurate, Efficient, Friendly We recently bought a Rav4 from a private owner and decided to take it into Brent Brown to get serviced. Lani helped us get everything set up and even We recently bought a Rav4 from a private owner and decided to take it into Brent Brown to get serviced. Lani helped us get everything set up and even let us know that our car was still under warranty and we qualified for a free oil change and tire rotation. We really appreciated this because we felt like other dealerships would not have told us about this and we would have had to pay. She gave us an estimated time of when it would be done and the timing was really accurate. We appreciated the efficiency and friendliness in which we were helped. We will be returning to Brent Brown for our next service for sure. More
