I am not a negative review guy. But was concerned for the neglect BBT Service Dept. on my 4Runner. Went in Jan. for oil change and didn’t receive it. When we picked it up in Jan my wife said she noticed ther neglect BBT Service Dept. on my 4Runner. Went in Jan. for oil change and didn’t receive it. When we picked it up in Jan my wife said she noticed there was no oil change sticker on the windshield. I sent her back in to confirm it was changed, they confirmed it was. Was looking at the paper work 4 months later and noticed there was nothing about an OC. Took it in and it was done. Glad I caught it or it could have gone 2 years on 1 change. Great ppl over there tho and I know it was not intentional. More

Had to back up and pull into a different lane, then the tech seemed confused about where I should go when I asked where to pull up next. Service was great, I felt they were very thorough and I trusted them with my car. I was kind of disappointed in how things went when my car was done. I had to walk across the garage to ask if it was finished and then wait quite a while for someone to talk to me. And it wasn't the person I met when I gave them my keys, so I had to explain who I was, what was done, what my car looked like, etc. More

Didn't fix the problem I brought my Tacoma in for a whistling noise when I'm driving at a certain speed.
