Bringing in car for recall Brought my car in for a recall. That was handled fine, meaning relatively easy to get an appointment and relatively quick turn around. Your rep also called me back and suggested an alignment. I agreed somewhat reluctantly. When I picked up the car I asked for a copy of the alignment paperwork that shows how much it was off at the start and what it was corrected to because I wasn't given a copy in my paperwork. The rep had his file copy but not another, then went back to the tech to get a copy, then came back without it and explained the machine had not been working well that day and wasn't printing off the before information. So he gave me his file copy and explained that the before and after numbers were the same because of the printer malfunction and assured me the car had needed an alignment. So you can see that from a customer confidence perspective there was some unanswered questions. Did I really need an alignment? Why didn't they tell me about me about the printer problem up front?
