Steven and Blake were great. We weren’t really sure about buying a car in this market. But after all of our negotiations and help from finance we got it done. Wasn’t really all that difficult. Pleased with my Truck that I purchased and my salesman Kyle was pretty good, but it has been 13 days since I purchased the truck and traded in my previous vehicle and they have yet to pay off my old loan Kyle was pretty good, but it has been 13 days since I purchased the truck and traded in my previous vehicle and they have yet to pay off my old loan and have dinged my credit and got me charged late fees on a car I no longer own, I've called the finance department four times with no answer or response to my voicemail. I recommended Kyle my salesman to a few friends but with th hassle that the financing has been I kind of want to let my friends to be careful should they choose to go through Kyle and Brent Brown to purchase a Vehicle. Hopefully this gets taken care of soon as interest accrues daily. More

I had a great experience with Brent Brown Toyota. Harley was my sales rep and he was very personable and did everything he could to make sure he found the perfect truck that fit me. This dealership definitely has their customer service skills down, I’ve been to dealers that really don’t have their customers in mind and this was not like that at all. Kind costumer service but could not find the issue with the battery draining. Do all Highlanders have pedestrian warning when in reverse? If so ours does not work.
