It always takes almost twice as long as they say it will. It shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes to an hour for a service. This is the only service center I’ve had this problem. The car that we purchased is great! The sales team was fantastic, but the finance department was not. We met with Mehdi in financing and he was pleasant until we let him know that we di The sales team was fantastic, but the finance department was not. We met with Mehdi in financing and he was pleasant until we let him know that we did not need financing and that we were not interested in the additional sales packages that he was offering. At that point, he went from pleasant to very short and rude. The experience with him is why I would give a 1 star review for this dealership. If you go there, ask to meet with someone else in financing. More

Enrique was polite and respectful, and seemed knowledgeable, but the wait time was ridiculous. I was not notified that my car was done, only that the inspection was done.
