Brayden Taylor went out of his way to make us feel welcome and meet our wishes in finding the right car and deal that met our needs and that of the dealership. Best dealership EVER!!!!! I have bought many cars, from many dealerships in my life, but I have NEVER had such an all around AMAZING experience as I had with Brayden, Jared and I have bought many cars, from many dealerships in my life, but I have NEVER had such an all around AMAZING experience as I had with Brayden, Jared and Jesse at Orem Mazda!!! They worked their butts off to get my son his first car. And they did so knowing they weren't going to be making very much off of that car (because they lowered the price so drastically). They were 100% honest and upfront, and kept up great communication thought out the entire process. There were never any smoke and mirrors, half answered questions and absolutely no BS. They gave us ALL the info we needed and explained everything to my son in such great detail! We were there 5 hours, due to hold ups with my sons bank, and the 3 of them made it a fun, comfortable and pleasant experience. They never pressured us in any way and went above and beyond to get us the car. They never treated me like I was an idiot (most dealerships have because I'm a woman, and therefore could never know a thing about cars!). The car was in incredible condition, they provide a detailed 120 point inspection and imaculate carfax, and they offered great incentives and deals on extra coverages. I'm so highly impressed with them and the experience & service they provided. I wish every dealership operated the way they do! Thanks so much guys! Y'all are the BEST! More

Wow!!! Amazing Experience!!! Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!!! We went in to trade in our older Mazda and at first it was not something we could do but Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had!!! We went in to trade in our older Mazda and at first it was not something we could do but, our Car Salesman and the Owner did everything in their power to make it happen for us!!! In the end it was perfect and we now have a new Mazda 2018 CX-5!!! Our Salesman’s name was Wayne!!! They have another Wayne, but our Salesman’s nickname is Lil’ Wayne!!! Ask for him!!! He WILL take care of you!!! Nicest, most honest, and straightforward Salesman ever!!! Enjoyed him working with us so much!! My husband and I were there two days in a row for at least 2 hours per day asking questions and looking at our options and he had no issue and was just so happy to help!!! Defiantly will be going back for our next vehicle and will DEFINATLY be asking for Lil’ Wayne!!! More

Very low-key, humble salesman. Got us what we needed. We're slow car buyers. It typically takes us at least a month. Orem Mazda was one of the first dealerships we visited, and Kyle was very low-pressure. He wanted to make sure we saw the right cars (even if it were used). He answered our questions, but he wasn't afraid to admit when he didn’t know something, and he would find out the information right away. Kyle called back to let us know new incentives as they came up. We came back later to test drive two models, and Kyle rode along with no pressure. When we left that day he said, "Just because I ask everyone this: What's keeping you from buying this car today?" He accepted our response of, "We need to test drive a few other brands," with grace. He didn't try to talk down the other brands. We came back a few days later having test driven a total of 9 different cars, and we had a quote in-hand from another Mazda dealer. Kyle and the team at Orem Mazda beat it with some additional add-ons to boot. I was so impressed with Kyle's demeanor that I asked to speak with his manager, Tyler Eastman.
