Even though it wasn't an expensive purchase we feel like we have been treated like important custom We recently purchased a used 2011 Mazda2 Touring. Even though it wasn't an expensive purchase we feel like we have been treated like important customers. We found them all easy to work with including sales, purchase, and service. A dent was fixed before we arrived. The car was cleaned and ready before we left. The dealership had nice bathrooms (which...lets admit is super important), a comfortable waiting area, WiFi, and friendly staff. We purchased the car for our daughter who has just started driving and I am so glad that she had a pleasant experience in the car buying process. She was there to witness it all and I am happy to say it wasn't at all stressful or over whelming for her or us (her parents). Great Service Department We recently purchased a used 2011 Mazda2 Touring. When we bought the car it had a minor cosmetic issue we wanted taken care of. The service departme We recently purchased a used 2011 Mazda2 Touring. When we bought the car it had a minor cosmetic issue we wanted taken care of. The service department was quick to get us in and super gracious with providing a 'loner' car for us while they fixed ours. While it was in to get that fixed I also had them diagnose another issue with a wonky stereo system. Again super great and got the problem handled. I go up again tomorrow to get that wrapped up and then we will be ready to roll out with tunes! Thanks to (Big) Wayne Berglund Sr. and Blake Ellsworth who were really great. I already left a 5 star review about our buying experience, but wanted to leave another on the service department.
