Orange Park Auto Mall

Ive bought 3 cars from here had 2 family members purchase cars here due to my recommendation. my 2 previous cars had some issues but I felt as if they were common among used vehicles. I brought my second veh cars here due to my recommendation. my 2 previous cars had some issues but I felt as if they were common among used vehicles. I brought my second vehicle purchased from them back for repairs, they didnt fix the issue and broke the windshield in the car. Salesman offered my 200 bucks to go get it fixed elsewhere. The last vehicle I bought has been a nightmare. The approval was fast and Chris is friendly but the entire process is very vague, they didn't go over any of the deal with me. I had to fight with them and my bank because they took weeks to payoff my trade or even contact the bank. The truck was suppose to have been a friends trade and very well taken care of. Its been wrecked, passenger side doors full of bondo. Has a junk yard transmission in it, leaks around the back window, and has a pile of electrical issues. I bought an extended warranty during the purchase but can not get anyone to return my calls at either the warranty office or the dealership. I understand I should have checked the truck out in more detail than I did but I didn't expect it to be like this since Ive had a long standing relationship with the people there. Your pushed the entire way through the process because they are "busy". I wouldn't recommend dealing with these guys. More

I purchased a 2006 SRX Cadillac from Orange Park Auto Mall on 6/21/13.On 6/22/13 the "Auto Theft"system engaged..they told me "not to worry"they would fix it...after several visits to various shops,some Mall on 6/21/13.On 6/22/13 the "Auto Theft"system engaged..they told me "not to worry"they would fix it...after several visits to various shops,some directing us to another shop that "specialize"in the auto theft device,I have had no luck. As of today the Cadillac has been in the shop 13(and counting) of the 27 days I have owned it...until today I have been patiently waiting resolution....around 2pm,I received a phone call from Chris,the news wasn't good..."The Owner (of Orange Park Auto Mall) is REFUSING to pay for the repairs" ....I have a suspicion that they were aware of the problem before they sold me the car...because the Guy at the shop that "Specializes" in auto theft devices told me the diagnostic computer said the VIN numbers do not match!!...I like the car and want O.P.A.M. to keep their word and fix it,If not I should have the right to void the loan and they can have it back! More

I just had the best ever car purchase in my life (and I am in my 50's)...Mr. Murray is a true gentleman, honest, caring and trustworthy. He is a man of his word and more. I got a great deal on my new (used) Lexus and a very fair price on my trade in. Overall a great, easy non-stress experience! Wish I could've tasted their Saturday BBQ food, maybe I will go back next Saturday! All used car dealers could learn from this place. If you go, be sure to tell them Monica sent you!! More

Mr. Murray is easy to work with and very knowledge. He is not pushy and seemed to be very honest and forth-right.
