Male Manager was very rude and unprofessional used the term “pissing contest” when we were politely negotiating a lower rate. Although we were thrown off by how rude the manager was to us our sales rep De term “pissing contest” when we were politely negotiating a lower rate. Although we were thrown off by how rude the manager was to us our sales rep Deborah was amazing and so helpful we were standing by the entrance door deciding to just make the deal when another male sales associate turned the lights off on us and opened the door and proceed to tell us “yah we are closed” while holding the door opened. Essentially kicking us out. So we walked out, leaving in shock of how rudely we were treated. Despite how disrespectful they were I was willing to move pass this because I did want the car and our sales associate was so sweet and respectful I left work (in Beverly Hills) and drove all the way to Huntington Beach for the 2nd time the next day to make the deal that I could have made the night before. I closed the deal with another great sales associate Andrew who Deborah set us up with because she was not going to be at work the next day. He was just as great and helpful. I wish I could say the same about the manager and other team members working there. More
