I made an appt online on the website for 1630 pm . When i visited the dealer , the customer service rep. Refused to accept me saying they have no appt after 3 pm . I explained that is not my fault because th visited the dealer , the customer service rep. Refused to accept me saying they have no appt after 3 pm . I explained that is not my fault because the website let me make the app, i showed him the confirmation. He turned me away although i came all the way from corona. Then i came back , after he finally agreed to take me in . He was not happy, finished the car in less than 15 min . Did not appreciate the customer service More

I drop my car off because I had a flat tire I have no spare and that model of car which is ridiculous. The next day they told me how much a new tire would be in my car is only six months old I paid over spare and that model of car which is ridiculous. The next day they told me how much a new tire would be in my car is only six months old I paid over $50 more than I would’ve somewhere else but I felt like I had no choice since my car was already there. And when I talk to the service advisor he was not willing to reduce the price for me to match from another location. So I was very unhappy and may never be back there again More
