We’ve been taking our car there for years but this recent visit was awful and we’ll never go back. It started at drop off, our service advisor took a call while we dropped off the car for service and was on visit was awful and we’ll never go back. I brought my car in for 100k check and for a weird sound I heard under the hood. I received calls/texts saying my car was ready and it great condition. When I asked about the weird noise, I received a call / text back that’s said timing chain and “other things” to be replaced with a quote of almost $8000. I asked for more detail and a quote to show exactly where the $8000 was going towards. 4 days later, I get a call from my service advisor saying “what did you decide?” I was baffled, what did I decide? 4 days later and I still didn’t receive any details, just a request for $8000. I again asked for a detailed proposal and it was like our conversation from 4 days prior had never happened. On the fifth day, I was sent photos from the Infiniti manual and another vague proposal. I then took my car to Infiniti Mission Viejo. They treated us completely different! They were so attentive and the communication was amazing! Our car did need a new timing chain and they were able to replace it, fix a bursted oil gasket AND replace our starter all for under $5k!!!! I literally saved $3000 AND received stellar 5-star service!!! Sorry OC Infiniti, get it together! More
