Overall, the service turned out to be okay, but the process was difficult. I originally brought my car in because my car would not start and needed a jump a few times. When I brought it in, they said the battery was fine and nothing wrong with it. While I was there I asked for them to give me an idea of the service the car needed overall, but specially asked for them to check the drive belt because it has a tendency to shred over time. But they didn’t give me an update. Brought the car back a week later to replace a few things. Upon parking at the service center my car wouldn’t start because of the battery so then they realized it actually needed to be replaced after all. Then I asked again about the Drive belt and the service guy told me it was fine and didn’t need repair. So I proceeded with other repairs knowing I didn’t have to pay for the drive belt replacement. Then a few hours later, I get a call/text that the drive belt needed to be replaced. So of course I had to add that to the repair bill. The service guy did apologize for not catching it, but it felt like it was not checked the first time I asked and pushed off. But I’ve dealt with this for several years so I knew it was probably happening. The experience was just underwhelming considering I’ve had a great experience at the Dallas Sewell service center for 4+ years when I lived in Dallas. The Dallas Sewell service was 5++ stars every single time. Including the way they interact with customers. Orange Coast Infiniti didn’t feel the same. More
