You have had my car since October of last year. I just received my car back on Wednesday and drove it home about 5 mins away. My wife then took it to the store (2 blocks away) and experienced a mis I just received my car back on Wednesday and drove it home about 5 mins away. I then jumped on my app to see what the code was and sure enough it’s the same codes I’ve had since I first brought my car. I then texted Tuan with the codes and screenshots that evening. His response the next day was rude and I have never in my life had someone treat or talk to me in this way. I was told “ No no bro ( I’m not your bro) I drove it for a week and technician and all systems checked out good. Now you drive it for 1 time and all of a sudden have a check engine light? Nothing to discuss” I was hurt by it and extremely frustrated by your employees comments and how he handles me different then other clients which I’ve seen in person on multiple occasions. After talking to him I was told I just try to relate to my clients because of other improper things that I mentioned were said to me in the past. It also caused me to have an anxiety attack which could have triggered a seizure for myself. Again I have never as customer been treated like this in my life. I will never deal with Tuan again who tried to reiterate over the phone that he wasn’t racist (which I never said) or had no idea he offended me. To try to and relate to your clients by the color of their skin is absolutely ridiculous. But the way I’ve been handled by your staff as if I’m a liar or someone who is trying to get over is inexcusable. Bottom line if you look at my service records you can see that I haven’t had a good experience with you for the 4 years I’ve been coming there and often came with one problem and when picking up my vehicle other items would go out. I never been treated like this in my life! I hope you take the necessary actions to make sure no other customer of yours has to experience what I have gone through an had I known I would be talked to and belittled like this I would have never given you my business!!!! I think Tuan treats me as if I’m in my 20’s and also is tone def and thinks because it’s m black that it’s ok to make inappropriate comment or assume that he can talk to him like extra hip. I have never carried or talked to him this way to invite these actions. This whole situation has traumatized and left me extremely upset not only about my car but the way I have been talked to and handled. I need to when your service manager comes back to meet with me ASAP or I will be taking further action. Sincerely, Shay Koerber More
