He arranged for the car to be ready for us to pick up the next day. The dealership had not completed the preparation, so I had to wait over an hour for them to complete whatever they were doing with the car. 2. The dealership's policy for used cars is to fill them with 1/2 tank of gasoline (cheapskates, I would say). They had not done that. Rather than wait around for them to show up at the gas station across the street, I filled it up on my nickel. 3. They only had one key for the car. That's something I would not ordinarily even ask about, since cars come with two keys. It's like asking if the spare tire was there. One would assume it would be there. They said the car only came with one key at the auction they purchased it from. In any event, that cost me almost $500 to order a new key from VW and have it programmed. I think OC Infinity was not ethical in how they handled it. They should have taken care of that. 4. After I got the car home, I realized the side windows were tinted. As a matter of fact, the tinting was dark enough that it was clearly unsafe and illegal in the state of California. It cost over $100 to have the tinting removed from the front side windows. All in all, I think OC Infiniti should reconsider how they deal with their customers. I would definitely not recommend them. More

They started out well. That said when it came time to get a refund on my "Money Back Guarantee" Extended Service Contract they were crickets. I sent an e-mail. I know a good dealer from one who does not seem to care about anything except putting money back in their pocket. More

OC Infiniti was once a great experience, I would now consider them to be just a decent experience. The facility in general is looking rough around the edges and is in need of a serious makeover. Will not be returning to this dealership due to the lack of care from the service advisors. Was told I could spend money to change my air filters and clean my throttle bodies and then I will be advised if i of care from the service advisors.
