SERVICE VISIT

Came here to check on rear rotors and brakes due to loud screeching sound when braking. Was given multiple quotes for the work before service, during service, and after service completed. After getting ho screeching sound when braking. Was given multiple quotes for the work before service, during service, and after service completed. After getting home, I noticed two screws and a clip missing by the panel near the rear tire, and I contacted the service rep. He told me "they're plastic clips, can easily fall off". No, they are 1" screws, they don't fall off unless taken off and not put back. I don't plan on coming back. More
