SERVICE VISIT

When I purchased in 2020 the first salesman was a liar and destroyed the buying experience. Then, I took my car to have the plates put on by one of their mechanics and the bone head put a dent in my kick and destroyed the buying experience. Then, I took my car to have the plates put on by one of their mechanics and the bone head put a dent in my kick plate. They wouldn’t take care of it and instead wanted to charge me 1k for a new kick plate. Then, just recently took my newly purchased vehicle back for an oil change. They didn’t change the oil nor the oil filter. Took to a mechanic I’ve known for years the same day Infinity changed my oil. Dipstick had black sludge after numerous times checking it at home. My mechanic put it in the air and immediately we both knew they didn’t change it just by looking at the oil filter. When He pulled the oil plug, very black oil flowed out. I have pictures and a video. More
